  • AI processing through AWS Bedrock, which does not retain or train on customer data
  • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

4.2 Document Security

Uploaded discovery documents are processed securely and stored in encrypted form. Documents are associated only with your firm's account and are not accessible by other users.

4.3 AI Processing

Document content sent to AI models for processing travels through secure, private connections. Your document data is not used for AI model training.

5.2 Clio (Practice Management Integration)

We integrate with Clio for authentication and matter management. Your use of Clio is subject to Clio's own privacy policy.

5.3 Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. Payment details are handled directly by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Active accounts: Data is retained for as long as your subscription is active
  • Uploaded documents: Retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days
  • Generated responses: Available for download during active subscription
  • After cancellation: Account data is retained for 30 days
  • Deletion request: Upon verified request, data is deleted within 30 days
